Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme

Required investment amount: from US$200,000 per person + fees 

Qualifying investment options include:

• A US$200,000 contribution to the National Transformation Fund. The fees involved amount to US$8,000 per person. For families over four members, US$200,000 plus US$25,000 per additional dependant after the third dependant; or
• An investment of US$350,000 or more in a government-approved real estate project. The investment is made through an authorised local agent and shall be maintained for at least three years from the date of citizenship.
   

Status: A Grenadian passport in two months.
Description: Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme grants citizenship in exchange for investments in the national economy and/or real estate development.
Benefits:  No foreign income, wealth, gift, inheritance, or capital gains tax; visa-free travel to more than 115  countries, the ability to apply for a US E-2 visa, ability to set up a representative or branch office in the USA; social and political security and other benefits reinforced by Grenada’s membership in the United Nations and the Commonwealth of Nations, including the ability to apply for preferred access, and in some cases grants, to prestigious schools and universities, the right to vote and the right to stand for public office.

Time allowed outside the country: Unlimited, with no requirement for residence in the country.
