St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program

Required investment: From US$157,850 per person.

The applicant may choose one of two possible investment options: 

• A donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund, which includes:

1. For a single applicant, a non-refundable contribution of US$150,000.
2. For an applicant and up to three dependents, a non-refundable contribution of US$195,000. 
3. For each additional dependent, regardless of age, US$10,000.
4. Non-refundable due diligence and processing fees: US$7,500 for the main applicant, and US$4,000 for each dependent of the main applicant over the age of 16 years.
5. Passport fee: US$350 per person.

• Real estate investment, which includes:

1. A real estate investment is US$200,000 (may be sold after 7 years) or US$400,000 (salable after 5 years) for the main applicant;
2. Non-refundable due diligence and processing fees: US$7,500 for the main applicant and US$4,000 for each dependent over the age of 16 years;
3. Government fees: US$35,050 for the main applicant, US$20,050 for the applicant’s spouse, and US$10,050 for other qualified dependents regardless of age; and
4. Passport fee: US$350 per person.

Status: Citizenship. The opportunity to attain a passport within six months. 

Description: The program targets wealthy individual investors interested in obtaining citizenship in St. Kitts and Nevis in exchange for investments in the country’s development.

Benefits: All rights conferred on a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis, including visa-free or visa on arrival access to over 150 countries and territories, no taxes on income earned, gifts, wealth, capital gains, and inheritances. Dual citizenship is permitted.
